Tila Tequila Gets Attacked With Stones At Concert!! Check out the gruesome photos!

Tila Tequila is basically like "the boy who cried" wolf. Seems like she's been through a lot but maybe conveys it the wrong way. Every time she has a crazy story to tell and it almost always turns out to be not true and sometimes messing up other people's lives who fall in her wrath.

This time the story is STILL crazy, but just something about this one seems to be on point. Maybe her bad path has lead her to this point, but no one deserves to be attacked like this. She has been allegedly stoned at a ICP concert! That's IF this is true in dead....but it looks pretty bad. Instead of throwing, maybe let's just say ... tomatoes.... these Insane Clown Posse fans threw ROCKS!

TMZ has obtained incredibly gruesome photos of Tila Tequila -- taken after she claims she was victim of crowd violence at a concert in Illinois.


According to Tila, she took the stage at the Gathering of the Juggalos in Illinois -- a concert featuring such acts as Insane Clown Posse and Kottonmouth Kings.

Tila gave a very detailed account of what happened, saying:

"I went onstage and immediately, before I even got on stage, DUDES were throwing HUGE STONE ROCKS in my face, beer bottles that slit my eye open, almost burnt my hair on fire cuz they threw fire crackers on stage, and they even took the sh*t out of the port-0-potty and threw sh*t and piss at me when I was onstage."

She went on to say:

"These people were trying to kill me. So then after the last blow to my head with the firecracker they threw at me exploded, my bodygaurd and the other security grabbed me and ran as fast as they could to the shitty trailor. Since their security SUCKS, the 2 thousand people ran after us, trying to kill me. They almost got me so they finally reach the trailor, blood all over myself, cant stop bleeding, then all of a sudden, all 2 thousand people surround the trailor and busts the windows!!! Even the guys INSIDE with me were shaking! Their hands were shaking cuz they were so scared! So 3 guys inside the trailor had to grab a table and push it over the broken windows and grabbed all the chairs they could find so hold the people from outside back. It was scary as hell!"

Police confirm they responded to the scene, but couldn't go into detail, citing HIPAA laws.

Speak Out Against Domestic Violence!

Change.org reports:

"If things don't change now, it never will. Anyone who speaks up about domestic violence - will be condemned ... Everyone is making excuses and avoiding the fact of what happened, but it's really important to fight back. If no one is standing up for women, then we get tossed under the rug."

This statement comes from reality TV star, Tila Tequila, who is taking a broader stance against domestic violence after an experience with former boyfriend and star linebacker for the NFL's San Diego Chargers, Shawne Merriman, whom she accused of battery and false imprisonment earlier this month.

The San Diego District Attorney's office has already dismissed the case saying that there is "nothing more to pursue" and that Tila's "tweets don't count as evidence."

However, Tila - also known as Tila Nguyen - is pushing back on the court decision, as well as the media's response to the situation, in order to raise awareness about domestic violence and encourage women to continue to speak up about abuse in their lives.

"When it initially happened, so many girls with similar situations started reaching out to me with their stories. But then they see how I got slandered and how the court tossed out the case and they think, ‘If Tila can't do this, then I can't do this.' They are now scared. All the girls who were writing to me about personal experiences with abuse have lost hope," she said.

This controversy comes right in the middle of the 15th Anniversary of the passage of the Violence Against Women Act (VAWA). President Obama issued a Presidential Proclamation this week saying that "in the 15 years since VAWA became law, our Nation's response to domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, and stalking has strengthened."

While a lot has been done to grant more support to victims of domestic violence in the past 15 years, it is clear that society still has a long way to go in terms of handling this topic in the public spotlight when members of the media, namely Bill Maher, publicize statements like this:

"Stop acting surprised that someone choked Tila Tequila. The surprise is that someone hasn't choked this bitch sooner." (WOW)

Furthermore, the SEIU just released a disturbing report that in Washington, DC and nine other states insurance companies can now claim that "history of domestic violence" is a "pre-existing condition" that justifies the rejection of an applicant. Yuck.

On this anniversary of VAWA, I hope that women who are facing domestic violence continue to speak out and that the media makes it easier, not harder, for women who are dealing with abuse to come forward.

Tila Tequila is lashing out at the San Diego D.A.'s office for their decision to not file criminal charges against her ex-boyfriend Shawne Merriman.

TMZ obtained the following statement from Tila's rep:

"Tila Tequila is the victim of a violent crime. The San Diego District attorney's decision not to press charges against Shawne Merriman for the battering of Tila Tequila demonstrates an unconscionable negligence in the discharging of their public duties. We strongly feel that justice has not been served in this matter. Obviously, The San Diego Charger's NFL franchise brings millions of dollars in revenue to the city of San Diego, and it seems clear that other interests are being served by the DA's office than the upholding of the law. A young woman was violently beaten and choked, and the physical evidence is both overwhelming and disturbing. Tila's account of the events has remained consistent from the beginning, while Merriman's story has changed repeatedly. Just because the DA has made this reckless decision doesn't mean that justice will not be served in this case. No one is above the law. Tila Tequila will immediately begin pursuing civil charges against Mr. Merriman and she will have her day in court."

Tila Tequila Reveals Bruises From Alleged Attack Of NFL Star, Shawne Merriman!

Tila Tequila let the paparazzi snap shots of her bruised arms and neck today which seem to prove that San Diego Charger Shawne Merriman did a little more than stop her from driving home drunk. Which I previously reported is false. Shawne could not have been stopping Tila from driving drunk, she was not driving!

Merriman has denied assaulting Tequila and maintained he was trying to help her get home safely in an intoxicated state.

Tequila, when asked if she will forgive Merriman, said "I don't know."

Asked if she will press charges, Tequila said, "We'll see."

TMZ is maintaining that Tequila met with investigators from the San Diego DA's office despite the spokesman for the office denying a meeting was scheduled.

I represent Tila Tequila and have the following statement for release in connection with the incident involving Shawne Merriman:



Shawne Merriman and his advisors have decided that the best defense is a good offense, attacking Tila Tequila in the press with a lot of calculated spin to cover up his illegal and indefensible actions. Fortunately, we as a society will not tolerate a 6'4", 270 pound all-pro NFL linebacker physically assaulting a young lady who is 4'11" and 93 pounds. It is never justifiable to brutally assault, choke, strike and imprison a woman. Once the truth is fully revealed, Mr. Merriman’s fantastic story of how he was trying to keep Ms. Tequila safe will be completely discredited. No one, especially a woman, should ever have to endure what Mr. Merriman did to Tila Tequila.



MY SOURCES TELL ME THAT TILA DID NOT HAVE A CAR THAT NIGHT. SO DRINKING AND DRIVING WAS NOT AN ISSUE.

AND WHAT WE ALL WANT TO KNOW IS WHY SHE WAS TRYING TO LEAVE THAT HOUSE?

Shawne Merriman Charged w/ Battery On GF Tila Tequila!

E! says: Word is Tila Tequila received medical attention early Sunday morning following an altercation with her San Diego Chargers boyfriend, Shawne Merriman.

According to local media reports, the San Diego Sherriff's Department received a disturbance call from Tila "Tequila" Nguyen at 3:45 a.m. on Sunday. "Nguyen told deputies she had been choked and physically restrained by Merriman when she attempted to leave his residence," Public Information Officer Jan Caldwell tells NBC San Diego.

Nguyen, 27, signed a citizen's arrest warrent when authorities arrived on the scene, charging the NFL linebacker with battery and false imprisonment.

The 25-year-old Chargers star has been a sports news staple over the past few years, including a controversial 2006 NFL suspension for the use of performance-enhancing substances, and having to sit out the 2008 season to nurse a knee injury.

While Merriman remains in custody at the San Diego County Jail, no word has been released on Tequila's condition.
