J-Woww may be fighting Sammi on screen, but she's taking jabs at other stars via Twitter. Yesterday she tweeted about how stupid it is when celebrities don't own up to having plastic surgery (basically insulting Kim Kardashian's recent lip injection rumors).the Jersey Shore star tweeted.
"Funny how stars don't man up to their plastic surgery...I did,"
"Blaming it on colds, etc. is just hysterical."
Kim still insists that she didn't get lip injections and even admits to fessing up in the past about her cosmetic enhancements.
"I've tried Botox on the show...I'm the first one to talk about anything that I do. It really pisses me off that all of these plastic surgery rumors are always linked to me."

"I have the flu...I'm puffy and swollen, and I have no make-up on. Why would I just do my bottom lip?"
