Lindsay Lohan Sues Pitbull & Ne-Yo --- Threatens To Take Their Song Off Radio!

Guess Lindsay doesn't like Pitbull and Neyo's song "Give Me Everything" as much as we do.

Lindsay Lohan is reportedly suing the creators of Pitbull's No. 1 hit "Give Me Everything" over a disparaging lyric that she claims is in breach of "New York civil rights laws."

The song -- written by Ne-Yo and Afrojack, also defendants -- has a line:

Hustlers move aside, so I'm tiptoein', to keep flowin'

I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan.

Lindsay is pissed, claiming in her lawsuit ...
"the lyrics, by virtue of its wide appeal, condemnation, excoriation, disparaging or defamatory statements by the defendants about the plaintiff are destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff."

Lindsay, who claims in the lawsuit she is
"a professional actor of good repute and standing in the Screen Actors Guild, is suing under the New York civil rights laws, which protects people from having their name exploited for commercial purposes.

Lindsay alleges the appearance of her name in the song "causes [Lindsay] to be associated and identified in connection with defendants."

The suit -- filed by Stephanie Ovadia -- seeks an injunction to stop all of the defendants from broadcasting the song. It also seeks unspecified damages. Stephanie Ovadia is the same lawyer who filed the E*TRADE lawsuit on Lindsay's behalf, which settled for a confidential sum.

"Give Me Everything" has given Pitbull (real name: Armando Christian Perez) his biggest hit yet, reaching No. 1 on the Hot 100 in June and selling 2.96 million copies since its release, according to Nielsen SoundScan. Representatives for Pitbull and Ne-Yo did not respond to queries about the lawsuit at press time.

Lindsay Lohan's peekaboo again

If she was new to the fame game, all could be forgiven.

But being a veteran in the industry, Lindsay Lohan knows that going braless - despite wearing a black top - will show up under the flashbulbs.

The Mean Girls star gave photographers an eyeful as she arrived at Mr Chow in Beverly Hills for dinner.

Credit where it's due, Lindsay displayed a curvacious figure despite her weight dipping dangerously low over varying points of her career.

The 25-year-old hid behind sunglasses as she scraped her peroxide locks into a ponytail and held her hand to her temple to block out the flashes.

She teamed the outfit with a satin patterned waistcoat, cropped trousers and a crucifix pendant that hung on a long chain hovering at her naval.

Unfortunately her faith or fashion, whatever the reason for the cross, couldn't save her from further drama surfacing this week.

Olivia Wilde a likely contender to play Linda Lovelace..

Hollywood has seen competing films made on volcanoes, serial killers, killer asteroids and even competing Snow White films but not anything like this until now.

It is reported that there are two different projects in the development about Linda Lovelace, the '70s porn star who became a worldwide celebrity with "Deep Throat.

Does the world really need competing films about Linda Lovelace?

Indeed, one of the interesting things about Lovelace's life is that she transformed herself from a porn star into a crusader against pornography before her death in 2002 at the age of 53. Her story has the sort of dramatic arc that seems perfect for an Oscar nomination, plus the fact that there are usually so few meaty lead roles for actresses.

Maybe that's why there are two Lovelace films in development.

While one of these two projects may be wooing "Cowboys & Aliens" co-star Olivia Wilde, there is another called 'Inferno' that was in talks with Lindsay Lohan fitting in as Linda Lovelace. The filmmakers however decided that she wasn't worth the trouble and moved on to Malin Akerman with the role.

As for Wilde, just a few years ago she was simply the striking beauty with the dumb name on "House." After"Tron: Legacy" and "Cowboys & Aliens," she's working her way onto the A-list. That was sure fast.

Lindsay is back to court..

Lohan, who was once considered one of Hollywood's most promising actresses got her career fallen on hard times due to her personal and legal troubles.

Starting with the 2007 drunk driving case that she has been dogged for years, Lohan has served several stints in rehab and jail for violating her probation.

A judge last year ordered Lohan to court for missing alcohol education classes for which she did time at the rehab center in southern California. She was then released from that facility in January only to land herself in trouble again, stealing the necklace from a Los Angeles jewellery store.

In a sheer violation of probation terms, Lindsay Lohan now runs the risk of landing behind the bars as she has yet again tested positive for alcohol while under house arrest.

Lohan, who is already under 35 days house arrest for a previous probation violation, has been summoned to appear in front of Judge Stephanie Sautner at the LAX Courthouse for a probation hearing.

The 24-year-old troubled actress has tested positive for alcohol twice last week, which may be termed as a direct violation of the terms of her probation.

Sources report that the Los Angeles County Probation Office may just ask the Judge to cancel Lohan’s house arrest and put her straight back in jail.

Lohan had been seen having a party on the roof of her Venice beach house on the 13th June, one of the days she reportedly tested positive for alcohol. However she denied taking any alcohol that day.

“I had these great people come over who I hadn’t seen in a while. It was a nice day to go outside. I should be able to utilise the space I’m limited to,” quoted Lindsay.

“When my friends come over, they’re not drinking. Alcohol is not in my house, so it’s just not part of my life,” she added.

Lindsay Lohan Prohibited Partying

Lindsay LohanLindsay Lohan once again escaped from jail. Although already failed the test levels of alcohol while serving her house arrest, however, Lindsay would not be thrown behind bars. What is the reason?

This young actress tested positive after her alcohol tests conducted earlier this month, when her status is still under house arrest. Lindsay had to re-present in the courtroom and listened to the judge's decision, whether she would serve time in prison custody or not.

Lindsay's probation report states that the actress has no intention and indicate changes in attitude. Lindsay even refused to do a drug test scheduled for May 31 and June 2. Because of this, the authorities claimed that Lindsay was serving a prison sentence.

However, this report does not affect the decision of Judge Stephanie Sautner, who claimed Lindsay can keep serving her house arrest and not have to be behind bars. Because the examination of levels of alcohol should no longer need to be done, in accordance with the decision of another court, stating that Lindsay just had to undergo this test until February 25 this year.

Although not be languishing in a cell, but the judge prohibited Lindsay held a party with her friends. MEAN GIRLS star is also only allowed to be visited by a friend, a brother, and one co-worker, in turn. Lindsay as a sentence of house arrest is actually going to end soon, namely on 29 June.

Lindsay Lohan's father hit by a bus

Bad news is likely to make more Lindsay Lohan slumped to their status as house arrest. The reason is, when he was forbidden to leave the house, the father is rumored to be the victim of a bus collision accident.

The father, Michael Lohan, was involved in a traffic accident on Friday (17 / 6) evening. As reported by TMZ.com, Michael was driving his blue Jaguar on the Sunset Strip, Los Angeles. Not unexpectedly, a metro bus crashed into his car in a traffic jam.

Mike Walters, a reporter for TMZ, claiming to be eyewitnesses of the accident. The reporter stated that Michael was seen approaching traffic lights slowly near the Director's Guild of America on Sunset Boulevard. The bus hit it actually intend to pass, but failed and crashed into the side of his car,

Fortunately, MEAN GIRLS star's father was not injured. His car was slightly scratched and torn. Los Angeles fire department noted that the accident occurred at a red light at 6 pm on Sunset Boulevard near Bronson Avenue.

House arrest Lohan throws a party

She might not be allowed to leave her house but Lindsay Lohan is making sure she doesn't miss out on having fun and threw a barbecue party on her rooftop recently.

The 24-year-old actress invited a group of friends round to her Venice Beach home in Los Angeles on the eighteenth day of her house arrest, reported Daily Mail.

The Mean Girls star could be seen laughing as she had a great afternoon with her pals while smoking cigarettes and kissing a mystery man.

There were around ten of her friends who joined Lohan chilling at her Venice beach pad and lots of drinks provided.

She even found time to change outfits, first sporting some daisy duke denim shorts and a blue patterned summery top showing off her legs. Later she changed into a black dress showing off her cleavage.

Due to jail overcrowding, Lohan is serving her term at her $1.4m rented home for 35 days after she was convicted of shoplifting a necklace from a Venice jewellery store in January.

She is allowed visitors under the terms of her house arrest but is not allowed to drink alcohol or take narcotics.

Lohan fitted with an ankle monitor

Lindsay Lohan has been fitted with an ankle monitor and will serve her sentence on house arrest rather than going to jail.

A sheriff's official says the 24-year-old starlet started serving her term Thursday after turning herself in at a jail facility just after 5 a.m.

Lohan was sentenced in April to 120 days in jail for violating her probation in a 2007 drunken driving case by taking a necklace from a Venice jewelry store without permission. Lohan applied to serve house arrest, but the accommodation hadn't been finalized when she appeared in court earlier this month and pleaded no contest to misdemeanor grand theft.

Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department spokesman Steve Whitmore says Lohan is expected to serve about 35 days of her sentence.

Whitmore says Lohan was cooperative when she turned herself in, and it took about an hour for her to be fingerprinted and booked. No new mugshot was taken.

LiLo's wardrobe malfunction

Actress Lindsay Lohan was left embarrassed while frolicking in the surf on Miami Beach, after her breasts were exposed when her bikini top fell down.

Lohan, 24, made a desperate attempt to preserve her modesty by wrapping her arms across her breasts, but was not able to cover up the wardrobe malfunction, the Daily Mail reported.

The 'Mean Girls' star did her best to laugh off the moment as she emerged from the sea.

Earlier, Lohan had posed for a photoshoot for Plum Miami Magazine in a very low-cut silky pink dress, which was blown open by the wind, exposing her to onlookers.

On a recent radio show, Lohan was asked directly if she preferred men or women, reports said.

"We'd love to know whether you're like a lesbian or whether you're a bi, because boys wanna know if they still have a chance. Have we still got a chance?" the host asked the actress.

"Yes," she responded.

Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan was already an experienced performer when she made her feature debut in the 1998 remake of The Parent Trap.
Born in New York City, Lohan began modeling at age three. After appearing in numerous TV commercials, Lohan moved to series TV with a role on the soap operaAnother World from 1996 to 1997. Cast as The Parent Trap's scheming twin sisters after a six month search for just the right girl, Lohan succeeded in filling Hayley Mills' shoes, winning over audiences with her pert charm as both the Californian Hallie and the British-raised Annie. She subsequently starred in the Disney TV film Life-Size (2000). Subsequently cast in actress Bette Midler's short-lived sitcom Bette, Lohan took a turn as a teenage gossip columnist (Get a Clue[2002]) before turning up in yet another remake of a Disney classic, Freaky Friday (2003). Stepping into the shoes formerly filled by Jodie Foster, Lohan and co-star Jamie Lee Curtis brought a winning, new chemistry to the film that made it a sleeper summer hit.
Lohan kicked off 2004 with her first big starring vehicle, the comedy Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen. Met with mixed reviews and modest box-office receipts, the film didn't cross over from the teen audience the way Friday did. Only a mere two months later, Lohan proved she could carry a film. The Tina Fey-penned Mean Girls debuted at number one, recouping its budget and then some in its first week of release. The spotlight on the then-16-year-old Lohan changed almost overnight, as she quickly became a tabloid fixture: speculation on her body, her nightclubbing, her string of high-profile boyfriends, her incarcerated father, and her feuds with a variety of other young female celebrities became inescapable. Perhaps predictably, 2004 also saw Lohan branch out into the world of pop music with the album Speak; the supposedly confessional -- and similarly undistinguished -- A Little More Personal followed in 2005.
All of the hullabaloo seemed to have little effect on her work, as she starred in Herbie: Fully Loaded for Disney -- suffering a bout of "exhaustion" on set -- before graduating to more adult fare with Robert Altman's A Prairie Home Companion. Playing a morose poetess, the young actress ably held her own against Meryl Streep and Lily Tomlin when the film opened in 2006; around that time, her first shot at a "grown-up" romantic comedy, Just My Luck, opened to little notice from the public or critics.
Undaunted, Lohan set to work on another grande-dame comedy, Georgia Rule, in which she played a wayward, risk-taking teenage girl who is hauled off to live with her stern grandmother (Jane Fonda) for the summer. Perhaps fittingly, Lohan's own tardy behavior on the Georgia Rule set prompted a very public memo from the film's backers, who claimed her late-night partying was endangering the shoot; a short stay in rehab followed in early 2007. For all the publicity generated by Lohan's wild-child routine, Georgia Rule tanked when it opened in May of that year, although many critics preferred Lohan's performance over those of her histrionic co-stars Jane Fonda and Felicity Huffman. The actress' R-rated summer blitz continued with the thriller I Know Who Killed Me, just as her work in the widely panned Mark David Chapman biopic Chapter 27 made the festival rounds. This trifecta of flops was complemented by an increasingly erratic public image, as she found herself involved in two DUI arrests within two months' time that same summer. Both prompted stays in rehab, as well as mammoth media attention.

Lohan gets herself a new publicist

Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan seems to be repairing her image by engaging a new publicist.

According to the Daily Mail, the 'Mean Girls' star has hired Hollywood publicist Steve Honig to oversee all of her future public relations matters, reports Contactmusic.

Honig is the president of The Honig Company and has over 20 years experience of handling issues related to the actress.

He will be the first official publicist to represent Lohan after she parted ways with her former PR manager, Leslie Sloane, several years ago.

Honig's existing clients include Fiore Films, the same company that is currently producing the Gotti biopic about the former head of the Gambino crime family.

Lohan wants to end necklace theft case

On March 10, 2011, Lindsay Lohan rejected a plea agreement offered by prosecutors that would have meant a guaranteed return to jail for the actress in her jewelry theft case. She'll return to court in April for a preliminary hearing. (Mario Anzuoni / Reuters)
Lindsay Lohan wants to enter a no contest plea to end a criminal case filed over a $2,500 necklace reported stolen, a source close to the actress said Saturday.
The source, who is familiar with Lohan's criminal case but was not authorized to comment publicly, said the actress wants to put the case behind her so she can focus on her career.
No court date has been set for Lohan to enter the plea. She is scheduled to return to a Los Angeles court for a pretrial hearing May 11, but the actress is hoping to resolve the case before then, the source said.
By pleading no contest, Lohan would not be admitting guilt, and it was not immediately clear if she would face any additional penalties. The actress already has been sentenced to four months in jail for a probation violation related to the theft case. She is free on bail.

Story: Lindsay Lohan bailed out of jail after 5 hours
Prosecutors in February charged Lohan with felony grand theft on allegations that she took the necklace from Kamofie & Co., a jewelry store near the actress's home in Los Angeles' Venice neighborhood. The charge was reduced last week by Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Stephanie Sautner.
Authorities allege the theft occurred roughly three weeks after Lohan, 24, was released from court-ordered rehab at the Betty Ford Center.
Lohan's assistant turned the necklace in to authorities after police obtained a search warrant to retrieve it from Lohan's house, but before detectives were able to conduct the search.

Lohan is escorted by Los Angeles County Sheriff's deputies as she arrives for a hearing at Los Angeles Airport Courthouse on Wednesday, Feb. 23, 2011. Some fashion observers criticized her top for being too low-cut for court.
Lohan was arraigned on a felony count of grand theft on Wednesday, Feb. 9, 2011, in Los Angeles. Lohan was charged with allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from a jewelry store in Venice.
Lohan, center, arrives at the Los Angeles Airport Courthouse on Wednesday, Feb. 9 to be arraigned on a felony grand theft charge. Her tight white dress came in for criticism as being inappropriate for court.
Actress Lindsay Lohan leaves court in Beverly Hills, Calif., on Friday, Oct. 22, after a probation hearing. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Elden S. Fox ordered the 24-year-old troubled starlet back to rehab until Jan. 3, telling her she was an addict and faced jail time if she relapsed again
Lohan arrives at the Beverly Hills Courthouse for a mandatory appearance in Beverly Hills, Calif., on Friday, Sept. 24, 2010. The actress was sent back to jail after she failed a court-ordered drug test a few weeks after being released from a previous jail stint and subsequent stay in drug rehabilitation.
Lohan is shown in her prison mug shot at the Lynwood Correctional Facility in Lynwood, Calif., on July 20, 2010. The actress was released to a Los Angeles rehab facility after serving 14 days of a 90-day sentence.
Lohan, right, walks through a cloud of confetti tossed from the sidelines as she arrives at the Beverly Hills Courthouse on Tuesday, July 20, 2010. The actress has been on probation since August 2007 after pleading guilty to misemeanor drug charges and no contest to three driving charges.

Sautner said during an April 22 hearing that she thought Lohan's actions were brazen, but that she did not think the case warranted a felony prosecution because many other cases involving more serious allegations are reduced to misdemeanors.
Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers said she thought the ruling was an "abuse of discretion" and her office may appeal it, but no challenge has yet been filed.
A little over a week ago, Sautner sentenced Lohan to 120 days in jail and nearly 500 hours of community service for violating the terms of her probation by taking the necklace. Lohan was on probation for a 2007 drunken driving case.
She was released to pursue an appeal but has not yet filed a formal motion to try to get the sentence reduced.
In all likelihood, Lohan would serve a small fraction of her four-month sentence — possibly as little as three weeks — due to jail overcrowding.
The source said Lohan's intention to plead no contest was aimed at making good on her statement to "Tonight Show" host Jay Leno earlier this week that she wanted to take responsibility for her actions.
The plea was first reported Saturday by celebrity website TMZ.

The actress's career has been mostly stalled for the past year as she struggled to deal with the terms of her sentence in the drunken driving case. She recently accepted a two-picture deal to appear in a pair of mob films, including a biopic of the infamous Gotti family. She will portray the wife of John Gotti Jr. in the film "Gotti: Three Generations" that also stars John Travolta and Joe Pesci.
In a recent interview with The Associated Press, Lohan said she hopes the role will help her return to being known more as an actress than a tabloid mainstay.
"I'm really excited to be back on set and clear up all the misinterpretations about me and show this is what I love to do," Lohan said about her new roles.

Lindsay Lohan Spends More Time In Slammer!

On Friday, the actress was sentenced to 120 days behind bars for violating probation by allegedly stealing a necklace.

After spending a grand total of five hours behind bars, Lindsay Lohan posted $75,000 bail and was released from police custody Friday night in Los Angeles. She had been sentenced to 120 days behind bars for violating probation by allegedly stealing a $2,500 necklace from a boutique in Venice, Calif.

Lohan's attorney appealed the sentence Friday.

The theft case had been reduced from grand theft to a misdemanor on Friday.

In addition to her jail time, Lohan was also sentenced to almost 500 hours of community service, including 300 hours at a women's shelter and time at the county morgue.

Lohan's legal troubles began in earnest in 2007 when she was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence and police found what appeared to be cocaine in her vehicle. She has since bounced in and out of rehab, repeatedly violated probation and skipped or appeared late for several court dates.
