Personalities from the show have been making the media rounds and have indicated they're prepping for a new season. Negotiations have been tense and net supposedly doubled its offer to $10,000 per episode, a relatively cheap price for what the show is bringing to the net via press and ad revenue.
Final season one episode of "Jersey Shore" averaged 4.8 million viewers and has been a much-needed savior for MTV, which has gone through hard times recently.
