Beyonce's Dad Stole Money From Her?!

Beyonce's dad says he was forced out of managing his daughter and now her new management is claiming he stole from his own daughter!

Beyoncé's father wants to depose Live Nation to find out if the concert promotion giant orchestrated allegations that he stole from his superstar daughter and if she earned a payday for dumping him as her manager.

As previously reported, Bey fired her dad manager Mathew Knowles on May 13. A petition was filed on Monday in Harris County District Court.

Beyonce's dad alleges that he was forced out of managing his daughter's affairs by a company that wanted to run her lucrative world tour. He is asking a judge for permission to question Live Nation officials about their business relationships with Beyoncé and her husband, rap mogul Shawn "Jay-Z" Carter, among others.

Matthew especially wants to know who told his daughter that he took money he wasn't entitled to and if Live Nation had a role in his termination. That information, the petition said, will help him investigate potential grounds for a lawsuit.

Before Matthew's termination in May, Live Nation only possessed the rights to Beyoncé's 2011 North American tour, the petition said.

"Upon information and belief, after failing to secure the rights to Beyoncé's world tour, Live Nation agents or representatives made statements to Beyoncé, alleging that (Knowles) had stolen money from Beyoncé on her most recent tour or otherwise taken funds,"
says the document.

Whether or not Matthew's allegations are true.....we've seen this time and time again...talent being pulled away from their family or people in their lives so their NEW management can have all control.

Beyonce Kicks Dad Manager, Mathew Knowles, To The Curb!

Beyonce will no longer be managed by her father, Mathew Knowles, her publicist said Monday.

The Grammy-winning singer and her father have parted ways "on a business level,"

"I am grateful for everything he has taught me,"
Beyonce said in the statement.
"I grew up watching both he and my mother manage and own their own businesses. They were hardworking entrepreneurs and I will continue to follow in their footsteps."

She didn't say what led to the split, but her father said in a separate statement late Monday that the decision was mutual.

Knowles has managed his daughter since she debuted as a teen in the multiplatinum-selling group Destiny's Child in the late 1990s and throughout her superstar career as a solo artist.

Knowles oversaw all aspects of Beyonce, from music to movies to fashion and more. Her career includes 16 Grammy awards, top-grossing movies "Dreamgirls" and "Obsessed," fashion ventures and lucrative endorsements.

The 29-year-old has released three multiplatinum albums — "Dangerously In Love," ''B'Day" and "I Am ... Sasha Fierce" — and has 12 Top 10 hits on Billboard's Hot 100 chart, including five No. 1s. Destiny's Child had 11 Top 10 hits on the Hot 100 chart and six No. 1s.

During Beyonce's teen years in Houston, Knowles prepped her, her friend Kelly Rowland and two others for a rising career as an R&B girl group, and Destiny's Child released its self-titled debut in 1998. Their sophomore album, "The Writing's On the Wall," came a year later and garnered multiple hits and two Grammys, but the success also shook up the band and Destiny's Child became a trio with Beyonce, Rowland and Michelle Williams.

The three also released solo albums, all managed by Knowles. He launched his own label, World Music Entertainment, via Columbia Records, a division of Sony Music.

Rowland parted with Knowles as her manager in 2009 and Williams followed a year later.
In the statement, Beyonce stressed her devotion to her father on a personal level.

"He is my father for life and I love my dad dearly. I am grateful for everything he has taught me,"
Beyonce said.
Knowles also got personal in his statement.

"Business is business and family is family. I love my daughter and am very proud of who she is and all that she has achieved. I look forward to her continued great success,"
he said.

Knowles and Beyonce's mother, Tina, divorced in 2009 after 29 years of marriage. Tina Knowles worked as a stylist for Destiny's Child and continues to style her daughter. Together they launched a clothing line, House of Dereon.

Noel-Schure, Beyonce's publicist, didn't comment on who Beyonce's new manager would be.

Knowles said his plans include focusing on his label's work in gospel and inspirational music, where he said the company has made a "tremendous investment."

Destiny's Child Getting Back Together?! RUMORS ANSWERED!! Will they be on a stage near you?

Wouldn't it be great to get the girls of Destiny's Child back together on stage again?!? ....I know I know, but it's not looking good!

I think their last album, "Destiny Fulfilled" was called that for a reason just ask Beyonce's Dad, Mathew Knowles!

He says:

“Contrary to rumors online of a Destiny’s Child reunion, there are no plans for the group to reunite for a performance or album,”
The rumors are false. Destiny’s Child made an unprecedented impact in contemporary music, becoming one of the best-selling groups of all time. Beyoncé, Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams have each moved on to successful solo careers. The members remain close, but will not reunite as a group.”

Beyonce & Dad Get Slammed For Stealing A Song...AGAIN!

Beyonce and her father/manager, Mathew Knowles, are facing heat over song credits yet again.

In a recent interview, record producer Rob Fusari, accused the duo of taking credit for using Stevie Nicks riffs on the hit Destiny's Child single "Bootylicioius".

Claiming that he came up with the idea to use part of "Edge of Seventeen," Fusari says Mathew Knowles later told him sharing credit did "not sell records".

"I remember watching Barbara Walters interview Beyoncé about 'Bootylicious', and she told Barbara about how she came up with the idea for the track," Fusari told Billboard.

"I called Mathew which was a big mistake. I got emotional and I apologised after - but I called Mathew and said, 'Mathew, like, why," says Fusari. "He explained to me, in a nice way, he said, 'People don't want to hear about Rob Fusari, producer from Livingston, NJ. No offense, but that's not what sells records. What sells records is people believing that the artist is everything'."

"And I'm like, 'Yeah, I know, Mathew. I understand the game. But come on, I'm trying too. I'm a squirrel trying to get a nut too.'"

Well besides him trying to get a nut lol...We have heard of this time and time again, and not just with Beyonce. Many famous artists have stolen other people's songs before, some we hear about and some we don't. But remember how Beyonce spoke and took sole credit for the song "Irreplaceable" when Ne-yo really did. In the interview above what I found interesting was his comment about what sells records and that an artist has to be everything. We all know an image can sell, and Mathew hit it right on the nose with that....everyone wants to believe Beyonce is writing and going through all of her lyrics and I understand the biz side of it, but damn, like I am always saying....Beyonce does not have to be PERFECT all of the time...it seems as if her team is always "covering" something up. Give the guy his name credit! geez!

Kelly Rowland Furious At Beyonce's Dad for Destiny's Child's Lawsuit!

Kelly Rowland is furious that she, Beyoncé and Michelle Williams have to head to Chicago on Tuesday for a lawsuit regarding copyright infringement.

As I previously reported (click here for full story), The group will be facing a copyright infringement lawsuit for their song “Cater 2 U.” According to a source, Rowland blames the legal mess on Beyoncé’s father Mathew and his sneaky tactics for lining his daughter’s pockets with cash. Apparently, Mathew has a long history of trying to get songwriters to add Beyoncé’s name to songs she didn’t compose, just so she gets publishing royalties, and now it’s coming back to haunt him.

Kelly who at one point was cordial with Beyonce has since distanced herself from the Knowles family making things very tense. This could get real ugly.
