Beyonce, Swizz Beats & More Stop By Jay-Z & Kanye West's "Watch The Throne" Store --- Yes, We Said STORE! (Photos/ Video)

When Jay & Kanye put out an album, they do it big! Even opening up their own store!

It's a store that sells one item. But what a score it is. The weekend-long pop-up shop allows visitors a status warp into the lap of luxury – and, in a sense, the mind of music's biggest moguls.

Beyonce was spotted walking in, and Jay pulling up in his chauffeured Maybach.

Swizz Beatz and Jay-Z's wife who recently released her own album, Beyonce, showed up to show support....

Diddy's New Album Cover Was Taken By Someone On Vacation!! Hear His Story.....

This is interesting, figured we would post it again courtesy of Diddy's album, "Last Train To Paris," releasing in just a few days, Dec 14th.

ORIGINALLY POSTED :June 1, 2010 - CLICK HERE FOR ORIGINAL POST

........................................................................

Ok so we all know Diddy's knew album cover is a "little different" lol but it seems to be quite an interesting story behind it for me. A regular Joe just happened to take this picture...and now it's changing his life, check it out:

I’ve had to keep a secret for a little while now, but finally I can reveal all.

Puff Daddy, P Diddy, Diddy, or Sean Combs, whatever you prefer to call him, has released a new album.

Last Train To Paris as part of the group Diddy Dirty Money.

So far everything is going along normal.

Diddy is a big recording star, he makes albums, all is good with the world.

But then something got fucked up, I got involved.

Interscope emailed me repeatedly, and then called me, they wanted one of my photos for the album cover.

Who was I to argue?

Especially as they were going to pay me.

So I gave them my picture, and then I had to wait for the Album to get made.

For some reason I never asked where on the cover the photo would go. I assumed the back cover with some writing over the top, I like my photo and all, but I never really saw it as front of an album cover material.

Apparently I was wrong.

Now if you think I am making all this up, and I just photoshopped a photo that appeared on the blog a long time ago, let me point you to wikipedia, a site where people call my photo whack, or site that asks you to rate Diddy’s album against Enrique’s.

You might be thinking, wait a minute, how did Interscope and Diddy find this photo, well they found it right here.

Obviously I am not a professional snapper or anything. This was taken on a holiday while waiting for my wife (who can be seen under the G) on a small camera. The only artistic part of it was me seeing the cool red right and going up and down the escalator a few times to get the right shot.

How they decided to use the photo for the album cover you’d have to ask them.

This is the most random thing to ever happen to me, I mean I went on a fucken holiday, put a photo on my blog, and over a year later that photo ends up as an album cover for fucken Diddy. One thing it has made me do is start uploading my other holiday photos on flickr.

It is an audaciously arty cover for a star like Diddy to make. An out of focus shot of a “train station” in Paris. It also doesn’t have his name, or Jay Z’s name, or even mine.

I can see why some of his fans might see it as whack. It isn’t really a cover aimed at the majority of people who buy Diddy records.

I’m not going to pretend to be the world’s biggest Diddy fan, I’m more a Jay Z or Kanye sort of chap, but I always liked his producing of Biggie’s work.

Now I’m a bigger fan, I shall talk about his career by saying Post Jrod or pre Jrod when discussing it with people.

Anyway, I can’t talk now, I only just found out that people really take album covers seriously, so I am off to troll the internet and see just how whack my photo is.

*By designed I mean took a photo.

That's awesome! Weird "album cover" but great photo! lol

Last Train To Paris hits stores June 29th.

Mariah Carey Cancels New Album.

Mariah Carey's 13th studio release had been due to be out next month but now her record label Mercury has axed it.
"That is an issue we are dealing with. The label is in disarray,"
wrote Mariah's manager Chris Lightly on his Twitter account.

However, songs on the album won't go to waste with some tracks being lined up to be released as singles.

Mariah is determined not to let the setback upset her and is working on another compilation, which maybe a Christmas album.

"We are looking to go possibly to another studio album or Christmas album. The decision hasn't been totally made yet. It's a creative process that cannot be rushed,"
tweeted Lightly.

Earlier this year, it was claimed Carey was considering quitting Mercury and returning to Sony, the label which launched her career and was once run by her ex-husband Tommy Mottola.

"Tongues are wagging over whether Mariah will stay at Mercury. She had all her biggest hits at Sony including Hero, Dream Lover, Vision of Love. It was where all the magic began for her,"
said a source in the studio.

Lil Wayne's Leaked Rebirth IS NOT 2010 Rebirth: Young Money on the Monique Show [INTERVIEW + PERFORMANCE]

Lil Wayne planned to visit BET’s The Mo’Nique Show for a straightforward chat to promote the upcoming release of his Young Money label’s artist compilation, We Are Young Money. But it just happens to be that leaked copies of his long-awaited Rebirth zipped across the Web. The album has been out on the nets for months (I've had it for a while now) but recently Amazon had a shipping error and sent 500 pre-ordered copies of Rebirth to fans on December 14, although the album is not scheduled to hit stores until February.

Acting as the Young Money spokesman as of late, Mack Maine was able to assure fans, through Twitter, that the copy fans received will not be the final product, according to Young Money representative Karen Civil. “Leaked 09 Rebirth isn’t going to be 2010 Rebirth..” Mack Maine, the company’s President then retweeted the same message. (Which is obvious, why would he drop the same album that is all over the net)

Here at www.TALKOFTHETOWN411.com, I may leak songs and singles, but that is somewhat of a sample to preview artists new CDs, so you can go out and support and buy it if you like it...because I think otherwise we are ruining our own Hip Hop culture by not supporting it.

So my question to you is...

Would you like me to post up leaked albums?

If you answered yes, what else would you do to support the artist?

Chris Brown Blasts Rihanna In New Song? / Listen to "Graffiti" FREE!

MTV REPORTS: While their albums are being released just weeks apart, former couple Chris Brown and Rihanna have been making similar promotional rounds recently, with both talking about his February assault on her as well as their LPs. And based on a listen to one of the songs on Brown's upcoming effort, Graffiti — which drops on Tuesday but is available on MTV's The Leak right now — it appears the 20-year-old singer may be speaking much more explicitly about their relationship in his lyrics than he has in the interviews he's done to date.

An old-school-style R&B track "Famous Girl" features a string of provocative lyrics that had blogs and fans chattering as soon as it debuted on The Leak on Tuesday.

After making a reference in the second verse to Young Money rapper Drake and the rumored romance between him and Rihanna ("While we're on Drake/ Say that you're the best he's ever had") — a romance Drake was quick to deny — Brown alludes to "rumors coming" and says he "knows what you keep in shadow."

The singer gets more explicit in the chorus, when he croons, "Since I thought I found my woman/ There were other guys who thought the same thing about it/ Like damn, you let me down, down, down/ 'Cause you're famous, girl, for breaking hearts."
Given the public nature of the couple's breakup and Brown's reluctance to discuss what happened on the night of the assault or what led to the breakdown of their relationship, he gets surprisingly detailed in the second verse, when he quotes a Keri Hilson song ("Keri would've said my love knocks her down"), then nods to Keyshia Cole and Beyoncé tunes with the line "Keyshia would've told me I was sent from heaven/ Sorry, B, I don't wear no halo"). He also seems to suggest that violence between them went both ways ("You were the first to play the game, though") and appears to fess up to a reported earlier violent incident in which he allegedly smashed the window of a car the then-couple were driving after a heated argument ("Sorry I bust the windows out your car"), in this case Jazmine Sullivan's "Bust Your Windows."

Elsewhere in the song, Brown admits, "I might have cheated at the beginning," and cryptically says, "I was wrong for writing 'Disturbia,' " a seeming reference to the Rihanna track of that name, which he co-wrote. He then sings (referencing one of his own songs), "But I meant it in 'Forever'/ We were supposed to be together/ And I can't let you go." He also later owns up to that fact that "Yes I'm famous, girl, for breaking hearts ... didn't know I'd break your heart."

Brown has not yet discussed the song publicly, but he appears to come to grips with the ugly split near the end, when he sings, "Many hearts we should have left unbroken/ Empty words are better left unspoken/ Too much pressure, I wish I was frozen/ Seems we lost our way/ Now I hope you're happy being famous, girl."

A rep for Brown had not granted MTV News' request for comment at press time.

Rihanna has said that a number of the dark songs on her Rated R album deal with the "roller coaster" of emotions she felt in the wake of Brown's assault, referring to the disc as her "mini-movie" for its display of raw honesty and vulnerability. And, she too appears to make direct reference to their relationship on songs like the Ne-Yo-penned "Stupid in Love," on which she sings, "I still love you, but I can't do this/ I may be dumb but I'm not stupid."
