Ameesha's item song in Chatur Singh Two Star

She looks hot even with that sweet smile. Amisha Patel was waiting for this day. The actress is happy that with Sanjay Dutt starrer Chatur Singh Two Star, she would be seen on the big screen again after Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic which released way back in 2008.

If Thoda Pyaar Thoda Magic had her playing a seductive siren, Chatur Singh Two Star is no different. Amisha is again set to scorch the big screen with her saucy look and a sensuous number in the film. But, isn't she worried about the delay in release of the film, which was supposed to hit the theatres two years back?

Amisha is confident that the film will do well at theatres. In it she is paired opposite Sanjay Dutt for the first time. The actress says, “No, not at all as its look as well as the music too are very contemporary. Moreover, the story is such that it would have worked 10 years ago or even 10 years down the line. No, I am not worried or depressed at all. On the contrary, I am really excited about the film's release now since it has shaped up so fantastic.”

The actress has also done a sexy number wearing a transparent red sari. She looks shapely and we envy that hourglass body as the actress says she hardly diets.

Have a look at Amisha Patel’s saucy look from Chatur Singh Two Star. You’ll be convinced that she’s still a hot property.

Did Kangna go under the knife to enhance her assets?

Kangana Ranaut is playing her cards safe; she is no more a disturbed girl in her films. After playing a vivacious small-town girl in Tanu Weds Manu, she will be seen doing comedy in Sanjay Dutt’s first production Rascals. Not only has Kangana acquired a well-shaped body, she is looking bustier then before in Rascals promo, which also stars Ajay Devgan and Sanjay Dutt

The trailer shows her in a sexy bikini, wearing glares, followed by assistants, and one couldn’t stop raving about her better assets. The actress, who was pencil-thin, has indeed worked on her lithe frame. But many are of the view that it’s a gift from doc rather than God. Earlier, Kangana is believed to have gone under the knife for fuller lips, which were quite prominent in her films Raaz 2 and then Tanu Weds Manu. The actress blamed her pouty lips on a sea-food allergy while others thought it’s a bee-sting.

The movie also stars the handsome Arjun Rampal in a cameo role, while Ajay Devgan and Sanjay Dutt play the rascals. The movie was supposed to release in July but was delayed. Director David Dhawan was supposed to do Partner 2 first but because of the unavailability of dates of the actors involved with that film he started working on Rascals.

No Bollywood debut for Trishala says Sanjay

Just when you thought Sanjay Dutt was finally settled in life, both personally and professionally, there seems to be trouble in paradise. His 22-year-old daughter Trishala, from his first wife Richa Sharma, is insisting she wants to join films.

But her possessive father is not willing to let her follow her dreams. "I am not encouraging my daughter to do films at all. It never happens with the Dutts," he says with an air of finality. "My sisters or my niece could have been in the movies too, but that is not the way my father raised us. This is the way he wanted it. She is keen, but then she has studied forensic science, which is also a great career option."

What if the defiant Trishala doesn't listen to her father? "She will have to listen to me," asserts Dutt. Considering the father and daughter's differences in the past - and also Trishala's recent interviews where she has been quoted as saying, "Ultimately, the decision is mine. I will do what I think is best for me and what makes me happy" - it looks like another round of family drama is about to unfold in the Dutt household.

And there could be more disturbances in Dutt's bliss, with rumours suggesting that the super successful Munnabhai franchise might slip away from him. "These are just rumours. Raju Hirani has asked for my dates," clarifies Dutt. Presently, the actor seems in a happy space. "I am feeling good these days. I am looking forward to Rascals and Chatur Singh. I am very much at peace. I have two beautiful kids and a lovely wife, what else could one want?" he says.

"Two" beautiful kids, did he say?

Sanju baba addicted to tattoos

He was one of the first few stars to acquire a sculpted body and actor Sanjay Dutt was also among the first to get a tattoo. He has eight of them now.

"Tattoos are like an addiction. I got my first tattoo on my right shoulder in Goa. Since then I went on having more of them. Now I have eight tattoos and I like them a lot. I might get more later. Let's see," the 51-year-old actor told IANS.

Sanjay's tattoos include his parents' names - Nargis and Sunil Dutt. He has a four-inch Tibetan Om with his zodiac sign, Leo, and his lucky number 1 below it.

Other tattoos include, his wife Manaayata's original name (Dilnashin) on his left forearm; a lion tattoo on his right forearm with the words "Simba Rules"; two samurai soldiers one below the other on his right arm; an elaborate Lord Shiva inking on his left shoulder/upper arm with the "Om Namah Shivaya" in Sanskrit; and a dragon breathing fire on his right shoulder and extending to his upper arm.

Sanjay Dutt wants to entertain, not lecture..!!

Actor Sanjay Dutt, who will be seen next in soon-to-be released action-comedy Chatur Singh--Two Star says he would like to stick to films that entertain the audience as they don't prefer "preachy" movies.

"I want to do films which entertain people. I did films like Knock Out and Lamha though both these films were good. But today audiences do not like movies that are preachy or give lecture. They feel why to see this lecture kind of films...as it is they are aware about the issues like that of Kashmir," Sanjay told PTI.

"So I have decided to do just commercial films which I used to do. I am not here to give lecture to the audience," he said.

Chatur Singh..., is directed by Ajay Chandhok and stars Sanjay Dutt, Anupam Kher, and Ameesha Patel in lead roles.

About the film, Sanjay said, "It is out-an-out comedy and a commercial film you can go and have a blast. The movie is about a police officer who is funny and it is Sonia (Ameesha Patel) who helps her get right clues. All this leads to a sequence of hilarious events."

When asked about similarity between American-Czech comedy film The Pink Panther (2006) and Chatur Singh--Two Star, the actor said, "There is no similarity. It is not a copy of the Pink Panther series because not even a single film of the series has clicked in India. It would be futile to copy such a franchise."

"The movie is based on a novel called Chalaak Jasoos but lot of changes have been made in the original subject, he said.

On his character, "I play the role of a silly police officer who thinks he is doing all the right things but whatever he does gets him in a mess. Also, I had to gain weight for the film."

Sanjay has also lent his voice for two songs--Murga anda dega do oye oye and Singh Singh Chatur Singh for the film. "I thought I will try singing if anytime I don't get roles in films then I can at least become a singer," he chuckled.

Prior to this, the actor has sung for his films like Kaante (2002) and Khoobsurat (1999) and a song 'Aapke dil nein for singer Asha Bhosle's album, Asha & Friends.

Produced by Mohammad Aslam and Parag Sanghvi the movie releases on August 19.

No item songs for Kangna

Her transition from neurotic roles to romcoms has been smooth. Today, Kangna Ranaut is earning praise for her glamorous new avatar. The actor, who has been reticent about clearing the air over the staggering 5 crore that she is charging for Mile Na Mile Hum and her fallout with Sanjay Dutt, gives us her side of the story.

Is it true that Anjana Sukhani has replaced you in Ram Gopal Varma's Department?
I think that's a question for RGV.

Why did you choose to do Dedh Ishqiya with Abhishek Chaubey? Will it be easy stepping into Vidya Balan's shoes in the Ishqiya sequel?
I am excited about the film, but it's too early to talk about it right now. But I must say that the script is very strong and my character in the film is fantastic.

There are reports that you had a fallout with Sanjay Dutt, after walking out of the remake of Satte Pe Satta.
Not at all! Sanjay sir is a senior actor. I've done three films with him and hope to do more. Satte Pe Satta was never confirmed in the first place.

You are labelled as Katrina Kaif's competition in Bollywood? What's your take on that?
I think Katrina has done some very good work and so have I. But my choices in the industry have been very unusual, so I don't think that my body of work can be compared to anyone else's career.

In an age when item numbers help an actor gain instant popularity, why don't you want to do them?
Never say never! But yes, at present I'm certainly not drawn to item numbers.

Is it true that you charged 5 crore for Chirag Paswan's Mile Na Mile Hum?
I've asked for what I deserve and I have got it.

You are one of the few actors with a great comic timing - will we see more such roles from you, post Tanu weds Manu ?
I certainly hope so. TWM has been my favourite film so far, and with Double Dhamaal becoming a hit, I think audiences have started liking me in this comic avatar!

Munnabhai 3 does not have a script yet

Despite all reports that the third in the series of Munnabhai films is on the way, a source from the production house reveals that the film doesn't have a script yet.

Even though Vidhu Vinod Chopra gets questioned every where he goes about the release date of the film, the truth is that Raju Hirani is busy with another film and has nothing to do with the Munnabhai series for the moment.

A source reveals, "They are amazed that every few months there is so much speculation and then on casting. But nothing will move unless there's a proper script in place."

Aamir not the new Munna Bhai

The grapevine in B-town is that the Munna Bhai jodi - Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi - has been replaced by Aamir Khan and Sharman Joshi in the next edition of the "Munna Bhai" franchise.

When we quizzed Vidhu Vinod Chopra's official representative, he rubbished the rumours saying, "We are not even ready with the script of the next "Munna Bhai" flick and this is a baseless humour.

Vidhu Vinod Chopra doesn't begin the casting for his films until he completes his script. Besides, Aamir Khan is not free for another two years." Quiz him about the promos of the third edition (which have Sanjay and Arshad) that are on air, he clarified, "The promo with them was shot two years ago."

Salman Sanju spat - Big Boss publicity gimmick ??

Over the past two weeks, there have been reports of disputes over various issues between best buddies Salman Khan and Sanjay Dutt. Apparently, a few days ago the two conveniently patched up.

Knowing what happened in between, we are forned to to wonder if this feud was a well-orchestrated publicity gimmick for their latest television endeavour Bigg Boss 5.

Here's thw flow of events:

July 19: Sanjay was announced as Salman's co-host in Bigg Boss 5, a show that has been garnering maximum eyeballs ever since Salman's come on board.

However, with Sanjay's last 14 films taking a hit at the box office, there was little chance that he would let go of this golden opportunity with best friend Salman.

July 21: At Sanju's wife Maanyata's birthday party, Salman breaks into an argument with producer Bunty Walia, which does not go down too well with the former.

That apart, it was also said that Sanjay was upset because Salman had asked him to play his father in Bodyguard. Please note that he played a cameo in Salman's last film Ready.

July 22: Salman threatens to walk out of Bigg Boss, a show that has been getting him bigger bucks than any other TV host.

July 23: Salman and Sanjay shoot for a promo of Bigg Boss at Film City, where everything seemed fine between them.

July 24: Sanjay throws yet another party. He invites Shah Rukh Khan and not Salman. Suddenly, once again all is not well between the two, with speculations of Sanjay doing this to purposely irk his pal.

July 29: Sanju throws yet another party in Pattaya after the shoot of his film Rascals for no apparent reason. He invites neither Salman not SRK for this one.

August 7: Papers report that all is well between the two actors as the fight has been resolved.

The first promo Bigg Boss 5 is scheduled to released in the last week of August and the show is expected to go on air in October.

Salman's green signal for Kanchana..

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan has become the highest paid actor in Indian film industry as his remuneration touches the scale of Rs.50 Crores after his consecutive hits.

The actor is now close on the heels of completing 'Bodyguard’, that has already done big business amongst the distributors.

Post Bodyguard, Salman will be a part of a film that is tentatively titled as ‘Wanted-2’ and has also agreed for the remake of Raghava Lawrence's Kanchana: Muni-2 in Hindi.

Salman Khan, being very impressed with the outstanding style of Raghava Lawrence in ‘Kanchana' would come together for its Hindi remake once Lawrence wraps up his shooting for the Prabhas-Anushka starrer ‘Rebel’.

Guess who’ll be donning the role of Sarath Kumar? Sanjay Dutt?

Is Aamir Khan the new Munna Bhai??

Bole toh, we just don’t know if it’s good news or bad news; but, the buzz is that Aamir Khan might replace Sanjay Dutt as our very own Munna Bhai.

It is a known fact that Munnabhai Chale Amerika has been kept on hold owing to the fact that the makers are not satisfied with the script. Reports suggest that during the shooting of 3 Idiots, director Rajkumar Hirani felt that if Sanjay Dutt and Arshad Warsi could be replaced by Aamir Khan and Sharman Joshi, it would bring about a fresh change to the overall feel and script of the movie.

That’s not all! Reports even suggest that when Aamir Khan was presented with this idea, he was amused and was ready to give his nod to the project, provided the script should be interesting.

It is a notable fact that Vidhu Vinod Chopra and Rajkumar Hirani were not seen at Sanjay Dutt and Maanyata’s party held recently. Is it because Raju and Vidhu had already discussed it with Sanjay that he won’t be a part of Munna Bhai series anymore?

Anyhow, tell us what you think? Would Aamir Khan be a good replacement for Sanjay Dutt as Munna Bhai?

Sanjay's revealed Agneepath look..

Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt's look in the much-awaited remake of 'Agneepath' was revealed on his 52nd birthday today.

"First Look of Sanjay Dutt in Agneepath! Await your comments," filmmaker Karan Johar said on micro-blogging site twitter.

Johar posted a link of Agneepath's facebook page on twitter, which shows the 'Khalnayak's' shaved head, besides his bulked up physique and tattoos over his arms.

Directed by Johar's former assistant, Karan Malhotra, 'Agneepath', a remake of the 1990 Hindi film is reportedly radically different from the original film.

The original 'Agneepath', directed by Mukul Anand, starred Amitabh, Mithun Chakraborty, Madhavi, Rohini Hattangadi and Danny Denzongpa and was produced by Yash Johar, Karan's late father.

Though Agneepath failed commercially at the box-office, Bachchan's performance was praised. Bachchan and Chakraborty received National award for Best Actor and Filmfare Best Supporting Actor award respectively.

The remake version will see Hrithik reprising Bachchan's iconic role of Vijay Deenanath Chauhan with Priyanka Chopra as the female lead opposite him. The character essayed by Mithun Chakraborty has been totally done away in the remake and the role of the villain played by Danny Denzongpa is being essayed by Dutt.

Veteran actor Rishi Kapoor is touted to play another negative character in this remake of Agneepath that is expected to hit cinema halls on January 13, 2012.

Satte Pe Satta

After failing to convince Vidya Balan and then Aishwarya Rai Bachchan to play the female lead in his remake of Satte Pe Satta, Soham Shah seems to have finally found his lady to fill in Hema Malini's shoes.

Sanjay Dutt, the producer and the lead actor of the project wants an Indian looking girl and karisma seemed to fit well into the character.

Initially, when Sanjay Dutt had approached karisma, she was not too keen about her comeback. However after that she has changed her mind and signed Vikram Bhatt’s ‘Dangerous Ishq’.

Sanjay Dutt is hopeful that Karisma will finally say a ’Yes’ to the project.

Sanju to play Sallu's dad

Contrary to reports, Jackie Shroff has not been roped in to play Salman Khan's father in his upcoming Bodyguard.

Producer Atul Agnihotri has confirmed this. The actor, we hear, still has his heart set on Sanjay Dutt as his onscreen daddy, despite the ugly verbal duel the two friends had last week!

A close pal of Salman claims, "Salman had actually made the offer of his father's role to Sanju two days earlier, and the latter just laughed it off. At the party last Thursday, he brought it up again. This time, Sanju lost his cool and an angry scene ensued."

But Salman remains undeterred. The friend said, "Salman is not being unrealistic or spiteful by offering Dutt his father's role. Salman is the kind of person who would do anything for a friend. If Sanjay asked him to play a walk-on part in a film, Salman wouldn't think twice before doing it. So he sees nothing wrong in offering Dutt his father's role, and he won't take a no for an answer."

Just why Salman wants only Sanju for the dad's part is a mystery. According to a source, the role (a guest appearance) needs the presence of someone tough and macho, someone who Salman looks up to even in real life.

Hence, Sanju fits the bill. However, if the actor does decide to do his friend a favour, he'll have to make up his mind fast as the shooting of Bodyguard has to be completed by the first week of August.

Ameesha woos' em all..

Ameesha Patel certainly knows to keep her cards close to her chest and seems like she is doing a hella good job playing it well.

Ameesha had not just smitten everyone with her beauty but is also enamouring one and all by her decision to float her production house along with her friend Kunal.

The actress who recently took an international tour for an award ceremony was seen interacting with the likes of Shah Rukh Khan and Anil Kapoor.

It is also learnt that quite a few filmmakers like Rakesh Roshan and Ramesh Taurani were really impressed by her being one of the youngest and most good-looking producers in the industry. So much so, they went all out giving filmmaking tips to both Ameesha and Kunal for their successful innings.

But if you thought that was all, then you guessed it wrong. This damsel has a lot in her kitty.

Within two months of launching her banner Ameesha Patel Productions, the actress is close to the heels of announcing her second director with the first being David Dhawan.

Sanjay excited about his TV debut

Actor Sanjay Dutt, who makes his debut on Television as the host of popular reality show Bigg Boss, says he is thrilled and has all praises for co-host Salman Khan.

"I am extremely delighted that I am making my foray into television through a concept like Bigg Boss - a show that holds a nation's attention for more than three months. I loved watching Salman host the last season. I thought he was mind-blowing with his sense-of-humor and inimitable style," Dutt said.

According to gossip mongers in B-town, Dutt was offered to host the show in the past but the actor refused and had purposely quoted an exorbitant amount.

The actor will host the show along with Salman, who is the only celebrity to host the show for the second time.

"I greatly enjoyed working on Bigg Boss last season and received a lot of positive response from fans and well-wishers alike. It is an exciting format that makes for compelling viewing and I am glad to be back for another season. I think it is a great move to also sign-up Sanjay Dutt. It can only mean one thing for the viewers - more excitement and a differentiated appeal for this season," Salman said.

First look of Agneepath unveiled..!

Director Karan Johar unveiled the first look of his much-awaited Hrithik Roshan starrer Agneepath, which is a remake of Amitabh Bachchan's hit film of the same name. KJo has said the remake will be different from the original but it's yet to be seen if Hrithik can match Big B's charisma.

Sanjay Dutt has a shaved head and a beefed up torso for his character of Kancha Cheena in the Agneepath remake. The actor has been working out twice a day -- one hour of cardio and an hour and half of weights. He recently said: "I had to do it for me and all my fans. I had to be in shape again." Worth the wait, we say.

The director also announced the release date of Agneepath on Twitter: “AGNEEPATH releases on January 13th,2012...” he tweeted.

Looks like 2012 is off to a good start already!

Sanjay Dutt shaves his head

Sanjay Dutt didn’t initially want to get his head shaved to play the villain in producer Karan Johar’s remake of the yesteryear hit Agneepath. But blame it on the scorching sun that made it almost impossible for Dutt to shoot with prosthetic make-up.

To avoid continuity hiccups in his other films, Sanjay Dutt had roped in the Hollywood make-up expert Robin Slater to give him the bald look. But the make-up sessions were long and tiresome. Applying the make-up to give Sanjay Dutt a bald look used to take close to three hours and taking it off after the shoot took another 1 hour and a half. To make matters worse, the sweltering heat in Diu, where the film is being shot, began melting the make-up, giving Dutt a grotesque look.

All of it was becoming too much of a headache for Sanjay Dutt. So he took the bold decision and went bald.

As for the continuity of his other films, a wig is being designed in the likeness of Dutt’s original hairdo.

Meanwhile, you check out Sanjay Dutt’s bald look and let us know if it works or not.
