Rumor has it Beyoncé and Jay-Z are taking each other’s last names in an effort to carry on the Knowles family name.The couple are to take on both of their surnames in order to keep Beyoncé’s parental line from dying out.
Jay-Z, whose real name is Shawn Carter, would be known as Shawn Knowles-Carter, while Beyoncé would become Beyoncé Knowles-Carter.
