Andrea Jane Corr (37), lead singer of the folk rock band The Corrs, re-fill the world music industry, after four years vacuum.
Over the past four years, the star of Ireland's beauty isn't indeed the subject of the news. The Women who also good at playing tin whistle and piano is concentrating on her solo career, while the three sisters, Sharon, Jim, and Caroline, who personnel of The Corrs too, is busy taking care of their children.
Andrea returning to the world music industry with second solo album, Lifelines. Solo album, Ten Feet High, released in 2007. Tuesday (05/31/2011) London time (UK), she produced the first single from Lifelines album, "Tinseltown in the Rain", complete with video clips.
For Lifelines, Andrea sang several songs that never re-popularized by artists of other music, call it Kirsty McColl, Nick Drake, and the Velvet Underground. The Corrs have become one of the biggest rock folk band. Their albums reached multiplatinum sales status in some countries. Around the world, the albums they scored sales of more than 60 million copies.
