Kim Kardashian recently launched her debut self-titled fragrance.
Unfortunately for Kim Kardashian, there is an issue with the logo for her fragrance. The logo, which features the letter K with its mirror image, has already been used in a very similar way for Korcula, a line of jewelry by designer Lindley Bertin.
In fact, Lindley Bertin sent Kim Kardashian a Korcula necklace featuring the double K design in 2008, and Kardashian has even been seen wearing it in public.

In a statement to StyleList, Lindley Bertin said, "I am disappointed that someone would take something from me that I put so much time, energy, and money into creating."
Bertin is seeking assistance in resolving the matter from attorney David Boies.
